Governance of the Digital Strategy

The Digital Strategy is a whole of Government process.  At the heart of the operational development of the Digital Strategy is a Steering Group of senior Government Officials who work with Ministers and their Agencies / Sectors to get action. 

Who is the Steering Group?

The Steering Group is made up of officials from across government who bring a range of expertise on different sectors together to help coordinate work between departments and steer the overall direction the Digital Strategy takes us in.

Who is the Digital Development team?

The Digital Development team is in the Energy and Communications Branch at the Ministry of Economic Development. They work across the policy elements of the Digital Strategy. This includes helping to run the funding processes and coordinating the activities of the various groups and government agencies. Email us at comments@digitalstrategy.govt.nz
