ICT-New Zealand aims to unite New Zealand’s disparate Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry by acting as a single international brand for New Zealand ICT sector companies. Representatives from industry players such as New Zealand Software Association, ITANZ, ICONZ, Health IT Cluster, Canterbury ICT cluster, Canterbury Software Inc., New Zealand Computer Society, The New Zealand Wireless Forum and Internet New Zealand form the nucleus for this organisation.
æ HiGrowth
HiGrowth works as a catalyst within New Zealand's ICT (information and communications technology) industry to facilitate growth towards the ICT Industry goal of contributing 10% of GDP by 2012. The goal was set in the ICT Taskforce Report which is held in trust by HiGrowth.
